Beverley is qualified to CIPD Level 7 and draws upon her varied industry and sector experience in her role as Head of HR for the firm. It is important to Beverley that the Human Resources team consistently delivers relevant, clear and easily accessible support to everyone. She believes that working with the people at Forresters is a privilege, and by giving everyone the opportunity to be themselves helps make the firm a great place to work.
Beverley has been fortunate to have worked within various sectors, from a well-known UK manufacturer to one of the largest prestige car retailers in the world. She has worked in stand-alone roles, as well as leading a divisional HR team as a Head of Human Resources; remaining strategically but also commercially focussed.
She adores her dog and takes her for long walks whenever possible. When time allows, she likes to paint portraits of her friends and family.
