Martin Sparkes
Head of Finance
Martin is the Head of Finance for Forresters based in our Birmingham office. He is responsible for the firm’s overall financial health, managing performance to improve profitability whilst ensuring that all processes and procedures are performed efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Most of his career has been in Finance Director roles within the Professional Services sector where he has worked across a wide range of firms from niche boutique start-ups to Magic Circle firms.
Outside of work, his interests include golf, swimming, hiking, and DIY.
