UK Trade Mark Attorney Nicole Marshall has joined Forresters as an Associate.
Nicole joined the Forresters office in London having spent three years at another UK IP firm where she trained before qualification in 2022.
Nicole primarily helps clients identify, protect, manage and enforce their trade mark rights. She also has experience of High Court and IPEC disputes.
Nicole has a law degree and a master’s in IP law, both from the University of Leeds. She also gained qualifications in trade mark law and practice from Queen Mary University of London and trade mark practice from Nottingham Law School.
